I've decided for the most part to start up a database of my recipes. That way it'll be easier for me to pull them up to use again, or to improve them. And then who knows? Maybe one day I'll be famous just like all these other Food Network stars =P

Culinary school definitely seems intriguing to me right now....

What do you think? After I graduate, I do one year of internship, take my RD exam, and then work for a couple years.... Apply to culinary school?
